May friends and I had booked Yellow Van shuttle from Orly to Paris on October 10 and received email confirmation. However when we arrived and called, dispatcher first said they would be there in 20-30 minutes then when we called back after that time had elapsed were told they werent running that day and dispatcher sent someone from ParisShuttle to pick us up. Driver was very nice and honored price quote we had confirmed with Yellow Van (even though less than their rate) Needless to day we booked with ParisShuttle when we left Paris and everything went well. I would not recommend Yellow Van .

That is too bad. We had a good experience with Yellow Van 2 years ago. This summer we had a horrid experience with Shuttle Inter. I think any shuttle service has its issues, unfortunately. But it is good to let others know so they can make their own decisions. For us, we are back to using taxis as we have never had an issue with those.

I need them for Sunday Oct 25. I booked on line on Tues and haven%26#39;t heard a word from them as to confirmation or not. I emailed them on Thurs and zilch yet. Guess I will take my chances and call them when I get there like instructed. I have used them many times and not a problem
