The cheapest and easiest way is to take the shuttle from the aiport to Porte Maillot on the western edge of the city. It costs €13 one way. You can buy your tickets when you arrive at Beauvais. On your return you need to be at PM at least 3hrs15 before your plane leaves to take the bus back to the airport or you will miss your flight.

When you get to PM you can continue to your final destination using the métro (subway). http://ratp.fr/ will help you figure that part out. Just click on the little British flag to get the English language version.
