Try searching on Venere or booking.com, I have just reserved my hotel on Venere. There are 5 star hotels to hostals and the easy thing is you can search in your prefered area and then by price range.

Air France flys nonstop from Manchester to Paris (CDG airport) so that parts easy!
They don%26#39;t do B%26amp;B so much in France and half board isn%26#39;t common - hotel and apartment rental are most common.
That said there are a good selection of B%26amp;B you can read reviews from here at Trip Advisor. From the Paris Hotels link above - tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g187147-c2-Paris_Ile_…

Hi leachick...I travel from Bolton to Paris frequently and I find the cheapest way to travel is easyjet Liverpool to Charles de Gaulle. Around £45-£60 return.
Try to take hand luggage only and check in on line as they charge extra for suitcases and check in at the airport. Make sure you take the insurance off or you will be charged for that also. I can manage for a four day trip with a small carryon case.
The speedy boarding is not worth it. Just gets you on the bus first but not necessarily on the plane.
I leave my car at Skyparkliverpool.co.uk tel 07918n056 667. Just outside the terminal for aroung £25 for a four day stay. They bus you to the terminal and are very reliable
I always catch the early morning flight around 07.30h which gets me into central Paris around 11.00h using the RER train which is easy to use and costs 8.50 euros.
I usually book accomodation independently using reviews on this forum and now mainly use apartments.
http://www.perfectlyparis.com/ is a reputable agency that I am using next year and have very comfortable apartments. In these times if recession they may do short breaks.
http://centreparis.com/ do short stays of minimum 3 nights. Maybe not 4 star but neverthless nice clean accommodation.
Breakfast in hotels is not always good value as there are many wonderful cafes to explore for breakfast. It is also part of the %26quot;Paris experience%26quot; to eat out in bistros and restaurants so Half board would severely limit your choices, even if Paris hotels did this which I have never come across.
A small hotel chain i have used is this

Small and romantic.
By four star I am thinking you mean the UK version of 4 star or %26quot;very posh%26quot;
The only experience I have had of 4 star in Paris is. Four Seasons Georges V. which is probably equivalent to a UK 5 star and has the best service I have ever come cross in a hotel in the world!

Not sure if that link will work but just google it.
There is also the Westin which is a very nice hotel. I have been there with friends and they were well looked after.

In September I stayed in a very nice 4 star %26quot;boutique%26quot; hotel called Hotel Banville, that had good breakfasts and absolutely charming rooms. If you look at their website you can see all the different rooms and suites. I think it would be very romantic for an anniversary celebration. It was quiet and the bathrooms were very luxurious with lovely toiletries.

I second the Hotel Banville. I went there one evening to enjoy their piano bar and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The people who worked there were really nice and the place was beautiful.
I also suggest Duc de Saint-Simon, www.hotelducdesaintsimon.com
To me, this place is heaven on earth.
Another lovely option is Hotel d%26#39;Aubusson, http://www.hoteldaubusson.com/
The lobby and salon areas are lovely and they have a great piano bar which I really enjoyed one evening. They also have jazz some evenings.
