Do not use holidayflat.fr flats to rent. They will not return your deposit.
We have been trying for a year and still have had no luck even after repeated assurances that it is on its way.

i went recently and also have had no repsonse about my deposit. would those effected want to swap information so we can pull together and get our money back? possibly try and take them off the internet.

We are surprised to discover that some customers seem not to have their damage deposit back. We would like first of all to inform that 90% of our customers take the NON COLLETED damage deposit option. In case the end cleaning is not done and if something is broken, a part of this security deposit which is 150 Euros is retained. If some customer have some problems to get it back and have no reason for which it should be retained, they can contact us at RESERVATION@HOLIDAYFLAT.FR with this OBJECT : REFUND OF DEPOSIT. Can i add that in the last 8 email messages that i have sent you. you have replied with %26quot;your message has been forwarded on to the appropraite member%26quot;. With that i have had no response! in 6 months! so i guess all the 5 people on this site constitute the 10% that dont get their desposit back! i.e they are the ones who are taken advantage of?

May i further add that the reason why i am making this statement is because the staff on this company (i dont want to name anyone!) have both told me my deposit was going to be returned. please holiday flat if you would like me to post proof on this site? i would be surprised to discover how many others on this site will follow suite!

It is a lie. You have two options: Pay 150 euros or inform the number of your credicard, and after the 150 euros will go on.
They do not answer e-mails after you make the payment. After the payment they send the informations, rules, threats, and do not answer your doubts.
It is not a good company.

I have read the above posts and can say to the kind people at Holidayflat.fr , now that we have your attention, that i have emails and correspondents from you as well as photographic evidence that the flat was spotless when we left, thus we will be getting our money back. Your actions account to Credit Card fraud and these deposits will be chased by everyone on this forum, it%26#39;s very very easy to pinch money from tourists, its not big and not clever, its like your flat that we rented, rubbish.
