I%26#39;m studying in Spain for the semester and going to Paris the first weekend in Nov to meet up with a guy friend who is studying in Scotland. We want to find a place to stay that%26#39;s easy to get to (good location or close to metro) and SAFE. A lot of the doubles are just one double bed...that wouldn%26#39;t work (we%26#39;re not a couple, just friends). Free Wi-Fi is a plus. Any ideas of places you%26#39;ve stayed or somehow know of? Thanks!

You need a %26#39;twin%26#39; room (two beds), not a %26#39;double%26#39; (one big bed).

You need to state a price or price range per room per night in Euros for people to understand what you consider to be cheap accommodation. Can you live with bathroom in the hall or must you have ensuite?

This hoyrl has had some bad press lately for putting people into an older hotel %26quot;annexe%26quot; across the road rather than the one shown on the website. However, from the reports it seems the old hotel is perfectly ok for the still very cheap price of 55 Euros for a double. It is near Denfert Rochereau for transport by RER B (Orly and CDG airports and Gare du Nord for Eurostar) and Metro lines 4 and 6. All you need to find out is whether they have twin beds in some rooms
