nice airport to menton

can you get to and from nice airport to menton by rail if not which is the cheapest way

Airport Express Route 110 runs airport - Monoco - Menton via the motorway. Its the most sensible and reliable way to do it.

If the you want to go by train for some specific reasons, it is posible to go from Airport to Nice by bus, and continue by train.

But direct bus looks more reasonable.

You don%26#39;t have to go into Nice to get to menton - you can go via Nice st Augustin station which is a 15 min or so walk or a short bus ride on bus 23 from terminal 1 or a combination of using the free navette and walk.

Easy enough unless you have loads of luggage

Train costs 5euros 40 single

compared with express Bus 110 is 18 euros to menton

Absolutely cheapest but longest way to menton is to take bus 23 from terminal 1 to Arenas -change to bus 9 or 10 using same one euro bus ticket [revalidate inn the machine] Get off at bus stop Segurane

At Segurane get onb the bus 100 -pay another one euros and stay on bus to menton

Total journey cost 2 euros

The cheapest way is line 100

which takes an hour but only costs one Euro! and is a scenic ride. the difference is that it is just a bus, so you will have to haul your luggage into the bus rather than have the driver stow it underneath for you.

the local bus winds up at the same station as the express bus, but makes many more stops along the way. both lines make stops within Menton (e.g., at the Casino) which may be useful for you.

The TAM 100 does not go direct from the airport thats why its necessary to take a combination of buses to pick up the TAM 100 at stop %26#39;segurane%26#39; or alternatively walk to Aeroport/promenade to take a bus that goes to the bus station and change there

The TAM 100 is not run under the CARF name [though CARF tarifs apply between menton -roquebrune] so it is not a good idea to use that website for the TAM timetables

the TAM 100 timetable changed on the 25th october -download new timetable here
