Paris around New Years '09/'10

Hi,

Just wondering are all tourist attractions open around New Years and if they are how do I find out opening times? Travelling there from NY%26#39;s eve until the 4th Jan.

Also, we are flying into Beauvais, what%26#39;s the best and easiest way to get into city. Staying near Victor Hugo station.
