Porte Maillot to Marriott St Jacques metro

Hi

We arrive next week on a Ryanair flight arriving at Beauvais and am trying to figure out how I get from Porte Maillot to my hotel.

I can see on the metro map the green line 6 runs to St Jacques but cant figure out how to get to from Porte Maillot, to the start of line 6. Can some-one help me out here, or if its within walking distance can you tell me how long approx?

From Porte Maillot, get on Metro Line 1, direction Vincennes; get off at Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Then change to Line 6, direction Nation.
