Getting to Normandy from the airport

My husband and I are planning a trip to Normandy. We are planning to rent a car to tour Normandy, but initially we would like someone to pick us up at CDG and drive us to our first stop, possibly Rouen, because we will be jet lagged.

Does anyone know if such a service exists?
