Thought I%26#39;d like to report on great Gite we discovered during our coastal holiday in Finistere. The gite was at Plouescat, 100 metres from the cute little beaches that pop up when the tide is out. I found Plouescat and the areas around to be enchanting with granite boulders making a very striking landscape as the tide changed. Being a 10 metre tide every hour was like moving around without leaving the spot. The Gite had accommodation for 8 , great open fire and was really good value at around 37 euro a night for the 4 of us. The owner was very friendly and quite laid back making us very welcome.
