I don%26#39;t have any personal experience with your challenges, but maybe you could find assistance by calling the DLP folks and asking them...

I have no idea how close any of the hotels might be to the park entrance, but at least I%26#39;ve %26#39;raised%26#39; your post to the top for someone to see again.

Hello, I have no personal experience of Eurodisney. However, I%26#39;ve just had a quick look at their website, and it looks promisingly helpful. Take a look, they have a special booklet for you to get started on. If you%26#39;re at one of their hotels they%26#39;ll send a vehicle for your family to transfer you to the site etc. Presumably you%26#39;ll be able to get worries sorted out with them long before you go. Hope you have a lovely trip!

Before call the Disney folks, which is a super idea, BTW, get and read a DLP guide, so you have some idea of the specific additional information you%26#39;ll need from the company. www.amazon.co.uk has several different guides in stock. There are also several Disney-specific web sites that might be helpful. Just Google for them.

Hi Tracey, we took our then 14 year old (she turned 15 whilst in Paris) daughter and her 2 brothers to Paris and we made the journey to Eurodisney on the train. I have to warn you.....always be prepared and read up and find out as much as you can as we had some very unhelpful women who worked for the Metro and would NOT help us or tell us which way to get down all the stairs etc. She literally turned her head and put her hand up fo us when we asked her to open the gate. My husband had to lift my daughter and the wheelchair over the gate and then lift her all the way down countless stairs to get to our platform. We found out later there was a lift right around the corner where the heartless woman omitted to point out. I hasten to say there were also MANY helpful people in Paris who made our trip just that little bit easier.

Hope you have a wonderful trip! We were lucky enough to avoid many long queues to Louvre, Eiffel Tower etc as they came and got us and took us to the front of the queue in most places which really helped.

I hope you carry a digital camera and get a photo of someone like this time serving bureaucrat in the future and file a formal complaint with everyone you can think of up to the President of France should such a thing happen again.

We too have had mostly pleasant experiences with French people in service positions -- but occasionally you run into these -- I have never heard of anything quite this vicious though and it deserves a full court press to embarrass her and the system that supports this. Appalling.
