Hello every one. I want to travel to France and Europe with my daughter who will be 15 next year. She is very interested in visiting FRance is like her dream and I don%26#39;t know if she bases her idea only in movies or literature but what can I do with her in Paris? where should I stay and what will be the best way for me to go from Paris to other countries like Spain and Italy?? do you think that 15 days will be enough??
Thank you for your help.

Get a guidebook -- if you don%26#39;t want to shell out for one, borrow one from your local library.
Read it -- let HER read it -- pick out things you want to do TOGETHER, then come back to us and we%26#39;ll help you tweak all the details.
I%26#39;d recommend one week in Paris, then another week elsewhere...there%26#39;s simply to much to do to bounce all over the continent...15 days is enough to do Paris and one other destination, with a couple of day trips thrown in.
Enjoy your time with her -- at 15, she%26#39;s old enough to appreciate everything, and travel with an adult, but still young enough for both of you to treasure this trip.

The best way of getting to Spain or Italy would be to fly. Europe has a number of cheap airlines, but be aware that they usually have a baggage limit of 20 kg (44 lbs) and charge heavily for excess baggage.
See, for example, www.skyscanner.com

Remember too that daylight hours will be fairly short in February still, and it can be cold and wet in Europe. So southern France or Italy might be a good idea for your second week. We usually get blue skies and sunshine throughout February in our part of the south of France, although it can be bitterly cold.

We travelled through France and italy with our 15 year old daughter last year. Just a fantastic age to go travelling with children
We had a week in Paris over 2 stints with some time in The Loire Valley checking out the Chateaux - this will probably bring the romance to life!
Because we were away for longer than 2 weeks we went onto Italy - Rome %26amp; Sicily.
The advice about Guidebooks is also spot on as is using the Things to Do section on Trip Advisor!

Keep in mind that day one is given over to jet lag - you%26#39;ll have a 7 hour flight and a 6 hour time difference, I think - So don%26#39;t plan anything too demanding intellectually. Additionally, if you go to Rome from Paris, you%26#39;ll lose an expensive vacation day just checking out, going to airport, flying, going to hotel, checking in...so consider a few days in Normandy and doing a tour of the D-Day beaches and Mt. St. Michel, or visiting Roman ruins in Aix-en-Provence, Orange, Carcassonne, etc., or a few days on the Riviera visiting Nice, and Cannes, and Monaco, for instance. All of those destinations can be reached in a few hours by train. Ask you daughter to make a wish list as she reads a guide book for France and Paris. The list is the surest way to discover which locations most interest her.
