and I have booked!!!! I%26#39;m so excited! It is all so real now, we will be there in June!! I have ended up paying nearly Au$1500 less for fares in 2010 than I did in 2006!! How good is that?!!

Great news, Fi!!! Good to know you got a %26quot;bargain%26quot; airfare too. There are precious few of those from N. America to Paris these days, sad to say. If you don%26#39;t mind my asking what does a RT from Oz to Paris cost with these %26quot;Early Bird%26quot; fares?

Australia is still getting the benefit of airfare discounts as more players enter into our market. We are lucky, but no one can tell how long it will go for which is why I snapped up the good prices now. For all I know they could discount further but I%26#39;d made the decision if I found fares under Au$2000 I%26#39;d take them. The fare was $1890 per Adult (you%26#39;ll have to do the conversion ;-)) I think we%26#39;re working on about 93 US cents for an Aussie dollar these days aren%26#39;t we?! Amazing, not such a good thing for us as cattle producers though.
I haven%26#39;t booked that apartment yet, I wanted my flight dates settled, unfortunately I had to gain a night in Singapore and sacrifice a night in Paris to get teh good fare rather than a $2600 fare. There are 4 similar apartments in the building and none of them had bookings for June in their calendars so I elt it safe to wait. I need to find my Loire accomodation first to see if that can start on a Tuesday, if it can I will transfer my lost day to the Loire and keep 7 nights in PAris if that makes sense?! I%26#39;m sorting out my booking priorites, I think Loire Gite, then Paris apartment.
