Ans: As soon as possible. ;)

I can certainly recommend the 3rd week in October - weather sunny and cool, so no worries about a/c in hotels etc; streets and sights busy, I don%26#39;t suppose Paris ever sleeps, but not heaving with hot tourists and locals.

April - if you would like to see Paris in bloom. It is not to hot for walks.

would it be nice in winter, when it snows there??

It rarely snows in Paris. Paris%26#39; weather is notoriously unpredictable. That said, for me the city at its best in late May/early June and mid-September to mid-October.

I find spring and fall to be best weather-wise. The winter can be quite cold, and I have experienced snow then. But I love snow until it becomes slush. I%26#39;ve found better rates in winter on hotels and apartments and the city seems to be less crowded. Summer brings crowds but wonderfully long, evening light. All the seasons have something going for them. It just depends on what appeals to you.

Spring is beautiful but as some have mentioned the weather is always unpredictable. Last time we visited Paris was in May and found the heat unbearable on some days and our last day we needed warm clothes.
