Hello,
Can anyone please recommend nice apartments in Paris for rental for 4 nights ? I have tried Thierry but nothing was available.
Most importantly, we are pretty fussy and need clean, safe and nice apartments. It would be good if there are nearby restaurants and shops.
Please help to recommend. My mom who has walking problems, hope to get an apartment where she does not need to really walk too far.
A washer and internet connection for computer would be preferred.
Appreciate all of your kind assistance and recommendations.
Good day !

Hi GLSK,
There are so many apartment rental sites you really are spoilt for choice. I have a cousin who recently rented through My Paris Visit and was very pleased with their service, and they have many apartments in the 1st, the area closest to the Louvre, so that may be really suitable for you and your mother. I%26#39;ve rented through VRBO in the past, but there you are dealing direct with the owners and apartments are certainly not always what they seem. Many people here have good reports of the companies Vacation in Paris (US based company) and Paris Address (French company), so you%26#39;re probably safe renting through either of them.
We are in the process of selecting an apartment for our time in Paris next May and are considering apartments on offer from both of those companies, and for us it%26#39;s definitely a case of must have a washing machine and if it%26#39;s more than 1st floor (US second floor), I want an elevator. After 6 or 7 hours or so walking all day the last thing I want when we get back to an apartment is to have to climb six flights of stairs. Just be aware though that some apartments do use the American way of describing floor levels, ie what we (Australia, Singapore, UK, most countries), call the 1st floor is what the Americans refer to as the 2nd floor. We have ground floor, 1st floor etc; they have 1st floor, 2nd floor, etc, which probably actually makes a lot of sense.
Do let us know what you decide to go with.
